Mounts of the Hammerlands

Mounts are a staple of fantasy across many genres. Be it video game, film or book, mounts can be much loved characters and important plot hooks for the heroes. Every fantasy fan can recall Shadowfax from the Lord of the Rings, Epona from the Legend of Zelda and the Chocobo from Final Fantasy. In MMO's mounts are highly sought-after rewards and collectables.

Artificer Archetype – Lockout

It was the Dwarves of Nidavellir that first mastered the art of imbuing mundane objects with magic, and in doing so birthed the first magic items. Not long after, the Artificer became a popular profession within Dwarven culture. Many focused on their talent for creating constructs or magical weapons yet as time went on, and their skills progressed, a new variation of the Artificer emerged, the Lockout.

Vikings are powerful, barbaric fighters that use their affinity for axes and shields to cause devastation across the battlefield. Whether by wild, uncontrolled swings of their greataxe, or a quick flurry of handaxe strikes, they tear a path of blood and violence through their enemies.

NPC Breakdown – Bjorn Ursaborn

In the current year of 1273, the Ursaborn Jarl is aged man name Bjorn Ursaborn. An imposing individual, Bjorn stands at a height of 6'6" (198cm) and is a mass of muscle and dark hair. His hair is a tangled dark brown mess, pulled back into a knot and fastened with a dragons tooth. A thick, braided beard tumbles down his chin and is decorated with ornate dragon ivory beads.
